Happiholm House or Happihome Farm or Happi Home Farm, Drumbeg. It burned down in the mid 1960s. Clare Ridge was built on the site and replaced by The Halls.

1945-55 The house was rented by the Moore family after they were bombed out of Belfast in the German air raids of 1941.

Clare Ridge

Clare Ridge was built shortly after Happihome/Happihome Farm/House was burnt. The owner called it Clare Ridge after Clare College Cambridge.

It was demolished in 2001 and replaced by The Halls.
